The Plan

Okay, so the wedding day is fast approaching! Here are some more concrete details for Friday and Saturday.

Dave and I, along with our families will be spending most of the day Friday out at Larry Creek Campground getting ready and enjoying our time together. If you are in town and want to join come on over. There will be some hiking and possibly some games. Later that evening around 6-7 we will be providing tin-foil dinners for anyone who would like to partake. If you will be joining us on Friday (and haven't told me that already) please let me know. Saturday morning there will be a light breakfast available starting around 8ish. The ceremony will begin at 1pm. Following the ceremony, a dutch oven dinner will be prepared for everyone to enjoy. There will also be some delicious cupcakes!! We will then spend the rest of the evening enjoying everyone that is traveling to spend this special day with us.

IMPORTANT:
There are some restrictions on the number of cars that can be parked at the campsite, so please carpool if possible. We will likely have some type of shuttle service from the day use parking area located before you reach the campsite. Feel free to drive up to the campsite when you come and we will take care of the parking situation then. If you feel like a short hike (approximately 1 mile) there is a well defined fire ecology trail on the north end of the day use parking area that will join up with the road and eventually the campsite.

WHAT TO BRING:
It is one of our goals to be as 'green' as possible during this wedding. We encourage everyone to bring water bottles and coffee mugs. Also, it is likely that there will be some rain showers during the weekend, make sure that you are prepared. The forecast projects temperatures in the 50s-60s with lows dipping into the low 40s. Make sure to bring nice warm clothes. The weather is very unpredictable at this time in Montana and we want everyone to be comfortable no matter what mother nature throws at us.
